Abstract Of Title
The basic political concepts taking place in the Quran such as those related to basic components of administration (şurâ, adâla, amr bi al-ma'rouf wa nahy an al-munkar) and political attitude /stance (bay`a, etâ`a), and the way they are used in the Quran are the subjects of the study. Understanding these concepts in their authentic meanings and their uses and taking them into account have an important place in understanding Quran, prophet and Islam. Also how these concepts were understood in the time of the prophet and their practical applications in daily life were analyzed too.The study has three chapters: In the first chapter, the importance of the study was focused, and these concepts were evaluated from the point of view of `Islamic Political View?. And the method to be applied has been explained as well.In the first part, the basic components like şurâ, adâla and amr bi al-ma'rouf wa nahy an al-munkar have been analysed in the light of Quranic verses.In the second part, the concepts related to political and social stance like bay`a (oath) etâ`a (obedience) future projections, universal peace, and common purpose have been evaluated in the light of Quranic verse and examples have been given.A brief evaluation of the study has been determined in the conclusion chapter.
