ABSTRACT DOCTORATE THESIS CONCEPT OF TIME IN THE QORAN Faiz KALIN Supervisor: Doç. Dr. Ali ERO?LU 2001 Page:XI+315 Jury: Jury: This study, the named 'Concept Of Time In The Quran', contains an introduction and three sections. In the Introduction, taking up the time generally. In the historical and mystic progress, the nature of existence and time had been discussed, how it will be examined being at. In the first section, looking at connected with philosophy and science, the problems deals with the subject had been tried introduce. In the introduction and first section, having prepared with infrastructure. In the second section, it had been pointed out conception of time in the Qoran. According to the plan, which followed in this study at twist, deal with etymological and semantic analysis words had been expressed. In the Qoran the words which mean time, those, which mean, cosmological time, biologic time and those which mean transistorizes had been examined under three topics. In the last section, in the light of the former knowledge, the existence in the Qoran and time strategy had been entered to the existence in the Qoran and the time of strategy. The existence, in common, getting from ontologic foundation, had been examined until working the regularity formation in the physical universe. And its using, the plan and programme of life had been examined, after that from here had been gone through the methaphysics dimension, had been explained in the light of Qoran
