Abstract Of Title
SUMMARY THE COMMANDS AND PROHIBITIONS GIVEN TO THE PROPHET MOHAMMAD IN GLORIOUS QUR'AN The knowledge which has been obtained by the study on "Commands and Prohibitions Given The Prophet Mohammad İn Glorious Qur'an" has an utmost importance from the point of the fact what the Glorious Qur'an which includes the overall rules which direct the lives of those who are on the way of it, İslam which is the last heavenly religion, at the same time God, wishes the prophets and the believers to do, expects them how to act throughout their lives. For religion controls the lives of its believers by way of some certain commands and prohibitions. From the reason mentioned above, the prophet Mohammad, and his followers are those mainly adressed in the verses on which we have studied and all of the commands and prohibitions have been given to the prophet on behalf of his followers. Basicly, the main concern of the Holly Qur'an is the human beings. Whatsoever it says, orders and prohibits is merely for the aim of obtaining servants happiness in this world and hereafter. Even the verses on all the other creatures such as animals, stones, trees... so on. Have had the purpose of providing them the ways of how to believe and accordingly making them hapy in both worlds. As mankind has been adressed by command and prohibition verses, their skills, their strengths and their weaknesses continually have been taken into consideration and have been hold responsible for obligations which they are capable of doing and what can not be performed has not been ordered. However He who is has declared in those verses that He is so fastidious and intolerant about the deeds of His servants. When the command and prohibition verses which are about lots of different topics have been examined in detail, it can easily be obser ved that He has been in a great extend more intolerant about the prohibitions. Though command verses are more in number then prohibition verses -totally six hundred and nine of seven hundred verses are command and prohibition verses- prohibition verses have put forward a tougher and more intolerant style than the command ones. When the style in those verses has been examined in detail, His oneness, that the prophet Mohammad is His messenger and that the Glorious Qur'an is His own words become precisely certain. Furthermore, the style which has been preferred in those verses plainly puts forward whether a verse is an obligation or prohibition for the servants. i -i r- \ j I. iJ{ -*
