Abstract Of Title

Abstract I n this study, kinds of clauses in Qur'an are studied. The study has used linguistic method. The introduction has included importance of subject, main words and the method of the study. In the first chapter of the study, information clauses (al-cumal al-ikhbariyya) which include simple nominal clauses and nominal clauses which begin with "inne" and "kane" and verbal clauses have been studied. In addition to these subjects, some other sentac topics have been reviewed. In the second chapter, non-information clauses have been researched. These have been reviewed in two main groups. First of them is called as " inshai talabi" which includes questions, commands, incitements-cautions, offer-exhorts, vocatives and proscriptions. The second one is called as "al-cumal al-inshaiyya gayr al-talabiyya". Some of them are exclamations, wish clauses, praises-dispraises, and oaths. I n the third chapter, conditional clauses have been studied. In the conclusion, the results have been pointed out. We have found that Qur'an has approximately 40.000 clauses and uses all characteristics of Arabic language appropriately.
