Dr. Talip ÖZDEŞ This Philosophical Doctorate Thesis dealing with the concept interpretation and semantic analysis method in understanding Qur'anic words and expressions contains introduction, two chapters and conclusion. In introduction, it is maintained that the focus thema of this investigation, aim and method. In first chapter, it is investigated that semantics, a linguistics discipline, and outlook to language phenomen and other topics of semantics discipline. In second chapter, it is argued and discussied that the posibility of application of concept interpretation and semantic analysis method to true understanding and interpretating Qur'anic words and expressions. In conclusion, it is considered and fixed that this method is beneficial method in understanding and interpretating of Qur'anic words and expressions.
