Abstract Of Title
Analogy, mostly used as a meaning of passing from one partial to another partial, has been the most examined method for early ages of literature of Islamıc Law. As an aggregation of centuries, correctness of the solutions of fıqh in works of fıqh depends on knowledge and source value of those methods. That is an important matter that must be considered.In this thesis, the generally known works of Imam Muhammed eş-Şeybani, the lawyers of Hanefi Sect, which are called Zahiru?r-rivaye and his understanding of analogy have been evaluated, handled and analysed. Especially, the knowledge value of analogy as a method has been inquired, solutions that were reached by method of analogy has been evaluated by the aspect of the Quran. Besides, alternative solutions for the ciriticized subjects have been offered by the guidance of the Quran.
