“A comparative perspective of translations of Quran in Russian”

Abstract Of Title

Quran is the last divine message sent to the whole humanity in the world. It leads the people who are dependent on it to safety and bliss for now and after death, it is the source of mercy and grace for the whole humanity, and the address is not for Arabic people but for all the people all around the world. Its addressee is all people at the whole space and time. In that case other people must understand Quran as the Arabic people understand the Quran. Today's and tomorrow's people must know the Quran as the people who lived at that time understand the Quran. This is why the Quran must be translated for all people. We handled the word translation in our work. We tried to explain this issue with close words to translate and with giving word structures, lexical and technical terms. We determined all Quran researching this time by summarizing The Quran at principal languages and by handling the development process of Russia and by insisting them, and we tried to find out basic arguments and approaches about the Quran. After that we tried to exemplify the mistakes of religious terms and names of related wrong translations, with comparedto the Russian Quran translation in the Quran in the Russian Translation. The most important reason of the mistake made in the Russian Quran translations because of translator s religion which are non-Muslims showing their religion is outstanding but Islamic is simple. There has been frequent errors occurring in these kind of translations because of the reason of some translators that can't make use of their own mother language correctly, in as part of grammar rules, Presence the wrong sentences and complicated and inapprehensible words, word errors, sentence fragments, conflict of time etc... Another important common mistake made by translators is, because translators translate from other translations of the Quran. This kind of mistake is made because the translated version is translated wrong so this opens a door to a chain of mistakes because of the first wrong translated version.
