Abstract Of Title

This study named ?The Stories of Qur?an as a case law source?? analyzes verbaland meaning of story verses on Qur?an in juridical perspective.The main source of Islamic Law is The Holy Kur?an. On the other hand, thestories are forming very important part of it. Are these stories only comprise historicalinformation? but at the same time are they reminding some of the samples for today?s -or any time- juridical application. Furthermore, how can the humanbeing get benefitfrom messages of the stories while they already addressed to the preceding community?This point of compass is main aim of the inquiry and the study is an essay to showprinciples and methods in order to use the stories as a material for law.The Holy Qur?an contains individual and social messages on juridical platformas like as all of the other areas. There is no doubt that these messages givesupplementary mechanism on the law base to communities in different period. Thestyle of Qur?anic speech is very impressive and these values can be transferable to thenext generations with some of the new technic and method.Main charactreristic of Qur?an is to tell only necessary part of the stories,instead of the all details. Of course, only God determines that which story will be howlong, where and inside of which chapter. If, stories can be deeply, thoroughly andclosely search, it will be easy to see a lot of utility about law and so many philosoph forhumanity on the preferency of God.As a result, qualified majority of scholar to be convinced that the stories -alreadya part of The Holy Qur?an- can be utilise on the platform of the law and as a case law(ijtihad) on condition that necessary principles should be respected.
