Abstract Of Title
In the study, job satisfaction levels of Koran course instructors who served in Koran courses, under The Presidency of Religious Affairs, were examined. In addition, Koran course instructors, demographic and socio-economic status and the nature of jobs, working conditions, management and relationships with colleagues, supervision and paying states, working in jobs in the relationship between increased opportunities were investigated. For this purpose, the provincial and district centers in Ankara, the Koran course instructors on the sample of 244 questionnaires were selected. Statistical operations on the data obtained were analyzed by SPSS program and significant findings relationships with the current situation in the technique of interpretation tried to relate the research results obtained in this way.
