Abstract Of Title
There are a lot of criminal data related to the previous messengers in their religious law in the Qoran. The religious scientists of Islam had accepted the evidence of 'previous messengers religious laws' as secondary evidence in Islamic Law. This evidence is based on the practices of the previous religious laws. The religious scientists had gone on this evidence in some problems that whom can not solve or can not find their sentence. It had been put account from this evidence on solving some problems.
In this article it had been touched on the sanctions and the sentences related to the criminal laws in the Qoranic stories. In this context it had been examined the criminals related to the retaliation /qısâs, qasâme, fornication, gay, robbery and waylaid. The subject had been limitted only Qoranic stories, utilized the boks of tafseer, hadith, and fıqh, and given place to thesome inferences. Thus, it had been aimed at finding out the criminal sanctions bringing in force, and removed from force, and bringin its new shape.
