Abstract Of Title
In this study, lt was aimed to re-conslder the four questlons: "Does Allah
swear In the Quran?" or In other words. "ls lt suıtable for Allalı to swear?"
"What dld Allah swear to?" "Why dld Allah swear?" "what ls the purpose
of Allalı to swear?". To answer these qucstlons In the llmıts of Swears of
Quran, the sampllng method has been chosen by both uslng Hemıeneutlcs,
some prlvate works In this related llterature and some parts based on the
sclences of Quran. The research has been limited to some example swearlng
verses of Quran. Thus, so me polnts whlch forms the canonlcal rules In
Islam such as the judgements, the penıtentlals, the klnds of swearlng are
excluded from the study.
