Abstract Of Title

The Reason According to The Koran and Effect of Ratıonalism in Koran Commentary, Doctorate?s Thesis, Advisor: Prof. Dr. İdris ŞENGÜL, 333 p.The reason is the most important characterictic of human being. Because he is responsible existence and he has a mission and limit. Therefore he is in need of revelation and prophet for knowing and bilieving.But the reason in the Archaic Grek Culture was owner of superlative power. Because of this, It wasn?t dependent upon revelation and prophet. This evaluation of the reason had started to come into Islamic Thought in the first century of hegira. Especially, trough the agency of translation activities and philosophical medressehes, Aristo?s rationalism and logic had effected to interpretation of Koran. Mu?tezile and Meşşai philosophers had represented this scholl of rationalism and interpretated of Koran by rationalist explanations. On this context they had claimed that Ru?yetullah is imposible universe is endless, Koran isn?t expression of God and so on.Koran designates misson and limif for reason and determinies it. And orrangs it?s relationship between revelation and belief. Koran orderes to reason to be dependent on prophet Muhammad?s unna-in other words the sayings and doings of prophet Muhammad whic form a basis for much of Islamic law, culture and thoughtBecause he has divine wisdom and explains verses of the Koran by this wisdom. He is Being protected aginst making a mistake and forgeting during the communicating. The well understanding of Koran connects to prophet Muhammad?s unna addition to this descent reasons of verses of Koran, living in respect Koran?s command and forbidden provides for readers. Because of this prenciplies, rationalist interpretation school is not master of well understanding of Koran.
