Abstract Of Title
The aim of this dissertation is to introduce the interpretation ecoles carriedout in this age along with Literary Interpretation Method and Emin el-Khuli,contemporary representative of this method. This study consists of an introductionand four parts.The Introductory part deals with interpretation and its historical advancement.In the First Part, the ideological and other developments took place inparticularly in 17th century and their impact on Islamic thought has been studied.In the Second Part, the interpration ecoles and their interpretations have beenstudied.In the third Part The Literary Interpretation Method and its representativeEmin el- Khuli has been introduced.The Fourth and last Part deals with the Kıssa's in the Quran, the opinions andcriticisms regarding the subject.Key Words: Quran, Interpretation, Muhammed Abduh, The LiteraryInterpretation Method, Emin el-Khuli
