Abstract Of Title
Inter-linear Turkish Koran translations done by word for word type are important in terms of their literature researches and also lexic and semantic researches in Turkish language. Studies to date in this area generally occur with manuscript presentation, text transcribing and comparing passages at the level of word and short sentences. This thesis is a source text-centered study by making vocabulary of Koran which gathered according to root voices. This study is limited with verbs in Koran by the reason of realizing that translations of verbs are very effective on the translations of nouns, it was examined the vocabulary of verbs occur about twenty thousand and analysed translations of them into Turkish. It is aimed to determine translation manners about loanwords, following each other by the meaning of using same words and translation reachness by comparative method on three inter-linear Turkish Koran translations which have feature of being the oldest ones and by this way describing historical substructure which can effect next process on a template which will provide examining the problems on Turkish Koran translations by comparing all of them.
