Abstract Of Title

In this postgraduate survey that we made under the name of ?Slavery andFemale Slavery in Koran by the Viewpoint of Philosophy? in the period of beinggiven too importance to the liberty of human; we tried to analyze the institution ofslavery which means that the liberty of human is restricted and disappeared duringthe history. We tried to fix the viewpoint of Koran to the slaves and female slaves andits judgements about them.What does it mean to analyze Koran by the viewpoint of philosophy? Whatdoes slavery as a term mean? Who is the slave with its essential character? Whatdoes Koran say about the slave? Does Koran accept slavery legal? What is theviewpoint and approach of Koran to the slave and the master? Had Koran abolishedslavery? If so, how much? Completely or partly? What is the source and reasons ofbeing put into practice of slavery throughout the history? We tried to find the answerof those questions firstly.As we known, there are two main origins of Islam. First one is Koran; secondone is sunna of messenger. But we look up the first resource, in other word Koran asthe main source, we applied to sunna when we need only.It does not make any problem for Muslims the laws of Koran about slaveryand female slavery. On the other hand philosophy takes up and interrogates everyvalue, every judgement, and every knowledge of whatever its source is. We tried to dothe same. We interrogated the judgements of Koran about slavery and female slaveryunder the viewpoint of philosophy. We understood that even today slavery and femaleslavery problem hadn?t been solved completely. Although its resources weredestroyed and forbidden and its effects were decreased. Unless the wars come to anend. We can?t give certain answers about the situation of slavery.We know the difficulty of the matter so that we think of what we can explainbriefly and clearly by not giving details. As a result, what we do in this survey is thatwe made some inference in the point of philosophy from what we know.
