Abstract Of Title

221 ABSTRACT It has appeared that the opinion it was concluded in this thesis was different from the opinion who accepted belief and ritual worshiping were most important values, by the hadith of "Islam is established on five things..." It is determined that basic values which constitute the bottom of the value system of Koran are being of Allah, Allah's willing from man, his making man responsible from his acts, hereafter and human life. Allah is living ontological reality, eternal and unique; he hasn't a partner and he is creator of universe and human being. Allah's creativity bears special meanings about human being: Allah had created him as a whole with his physical and spiritual features; as a sustainer he bestowed favors upon him and presented the universe to him for his benefit. By his messenger, Allah desires man to behave according to his demands they are useful for man, in order to thank Allah for his favors. Allah had characterized his self by the universal values which nature of man had too, in order to provide man to trust in his sustainer and he had limited his boundless power by these values. He describes himself as forgiving, absolver of sins and merciful. Allah expresses his values by saying that he had willed upon himself the law of grace and mercy; he was never unjust in the least degree and he never failed in his promise and that he ordered what it was good and he forbade what it was evil and he loved who was doing good and he would reward them and he didn't love who was doing evil insistently and he would punish them. Allah's loyalty to his own values appears at his evaluations in Koran too. In these expressions, Allah makes evaluations according to his own value standards and he criticizes qualities he didn't like, even if a prophet has them and approves ones he likes, even if they had been in tradition before revelation. Allah's demands aren't states which aren't known in people whom Allah addressed. In fact, those are demands known generally by those people but they are ones lost their direction. By his making those demands related with him, Allah provides them to become a system. Allah makes man responsible as an individual and explains that he would evaluate him on his individual personality. The hereafter life is indicated to man as
