Abstract Of Title
Knowing the century in which the Qur'an came is very important for understanding the Qur'an. The Qur'an is based on the current language and cultural data in the period of ignorance. The first interlocutors of Qur'anwere the Arab community of the period of jahiliyah. The Qur'an does not come down with the Arabic used today, but with the Arabic used in the period of ignorance. The concept of Veli, which is our subject, was also used as the name of one of the social classes (free, slave, Mevali) that existed during the period of ignorance. This concept was used in the sense of protection and protection of the humanities during the Veli jahiliye period, together with the Qur'an, in the sense of divine protection and protection. Today, this concept is used for a class of mystics who have various advantages, are privileged, have spiritual power.
