The Quran is the foundation of Islamic civilization and culture, therefore Russian orientalists were forced to make research on the Quran. But in the historical process their works about this theme has undergone in terms of methods and styles. During the Kingly Period, studies on the Quran were a missionary approach and in due course of Soviet Period the method was assimilated and used to force to atheism. Soviet Period Russian studies on sphere of Quran were discussed the politics and ideology of the period and thats why "scientific way" have been served for modern exploitation by the hand of government. Having inherited methods and contents from Russian oriental studies who lived before him, Klimovich established own views upon them. Klimovich criticising severely about History of Quran, Quran sciences, the belief and worship in Quran, claimed that Islam emerged as an ideology and the verses of Quran were written for the purposes of such ideology which we said. In this thesis evaluated the Klimovich's claims about Islam and Quran and appraised the accordance of scientific methods, indicated and analyzed rightfull and false aspects. As well as, examined this book's Kazakh translation and some mistakes was determined, swerved from original meaning during traslation. The main factor that prompted Klimovich to writing such kind of books was the politic ideology of the period. When we considering all of these Klimovich's approaching negative and prejudice attitudes to Quran, Islam being condemned from the beginning, his leaving aside the objective views and adopting as an attacker attitude to İslam we find it difficult saying scientific points about his works.
